Cancellation Policy
We require at least 7 days notice for cancellation or shortening of your stay. Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to your arrival date will result in a charge for each night the room remains vacant. All cancellations are subject to a $20 handling fee.

On OSU special events weekends, we require at least 14 days notice for cancellation or shortening of your stay. Cancellations for OSU special events weekends received less than 14 days prior to your arrival date will result in a charge of each night the room remains vacant. All cancellations are subject to a $20 handling fee.
