You can check availability or make confirmed reservations from this page. The Oregon University System rate is for University departments. Although a credit card is required to confirm the reservation, we direct bill the Department. You can include the Index Number or Department Charge Number in the comments section of your reservation. The Hewlett Packard/Agilent rate is for employees and their families.
We have special polices for Graduation Weekend, Football Weekends and Mom's and Dad's Weekends.
There is a Friday/Saturday/Sunday night minimum stay for Graduation Weekend.
There is a Friday/Saturday night minimum stay for Football Game Weekends and Mom's and Dad's Weekends.
Full pre-payment by check is required for these weekends; we will contact you once your reservation is made.
There is a thirty-day cancellation policy for these special weekends.
